Overall I like this couch and it provides for our needs very well, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. This product is very low cost and clearly made low cost as well. The cushions were very firm. The seat was very low and short. This is not something you sink into or lounge around on. It would be a good office couch. Or use it for guests you don’t want to stay too long 😅 The sides are very hard and have no padding. Assembly took a while with lots of pieces to bolt on yourself. Putting the sides and seat pieces together can be a pain without another person to help. On one side of the couch, the side lifts up to disassemble, so whenever I pick it up to move it, that side ends up coming off 🤦🏽♀️ The other side assembles so that you have to lift the seat section and slide it down onto the side, so that one is more secure. I love that you can switch around the chaise lounge. The cushions provide good support. A good choice overall if you are looking for an efficient seating place where people will not sit long. ... show more

    • Cheapest couch L sectional made
That sectional is so poorly made that I'm speechless. I can't sit on it for more than 5 minutes due to how hard it is. The assembly process wasn't smooth, it only gave me headaches. It's constructed from cheap faux wood and plastic. I understand it's priced low, but I wouldn't even pay $1 for it after receiving it. The problem extends to the very poor customer service, which offers no assistance. I spent my money and now I'm left with no help. I was told by an agent, who was supposed to be a manager (but lacked managerial skills), that I need to put the couch back into the box, which is no longer possible because once it's assembled, you'd have to destroy it (that's the kind of quality it is) to take it apart. I may even hurt myself in that process due to dangerous parts from the couch. The couch can only be shipped back as a fully assembled unit. There's no help, no customer service. They've got their money, so why bother? I wanted to return it, but since it's a cheap piece of furniture, I can't take it apart and fit it back into the box. It can only be picked up as a whole piece, which I was told can't be done. If I try to disassemble and repack it, I'll completely ruin it. Such a disappointing and painful experience. I've lost my money, and now I have to dump it in the dumpster. Beware!!! ... show more

    • Perfect for shorter people & small rooms
Update: Only 5 months in and one of the springs for the lid of the chaise popped off because the peg that is holding it is bent somehow. We can still use it but will have to find out how to get it fixed now. I'm 5' and this couch is perfect to sit on! But I especially LOVE the chaise, and the hidden storage underneath! Works great for movie night too when my husband and I both want to put our legs up, we just pull out the other section. It is so easy to do!! I gave it a 4 star for comfort because the linen fabric is just a bit scratchy (not extreme), and the bottom cushions bow upward a bit, but perhaps that will even out as the couch is used more. This was so easy to put together too! Just what we were looking for, for our small cottage-like home. ... show more

This sofa is not bad for the price it is roomy enough for one adult or two small kids to sleep on. Easy to assemble came in three boxes. The only thing I don't like is it is very hard to sit on, I am hoping that it will break in some once sat on frequently. I got light gray. Great Couch for that Price! Easy to assemble! You certainly get what you pay for here, definitely a little bit on the stiff side of couches but easy to put together, exactly what we needed much cheaper than the Ikea Frighton counterpart
