This is my second purchase of this item; only this time in Rustic Brown Modern instead of my previous purchase of Gray Oak Modern. I am pleased with the outstanding and prompt customer service of the Devaise company as I had a minor issue which they quickly and happily remedied. Plenty of hardware. The fit and construction are great. The appearance is outstanding for the price point. I just wish to make shoppers aware! This was not a negative for me as I am using the items in 2 totally different settings and most people probably would as well. I just thought that it might be helpful to someone to note that all of these items DO NOT have the same dimensions. After assembling the new cart, I happened to notice that 23.6" tall versus the older cart at 26" tall. The size difference is in the body of the carts; not in the wheels. My oversight by assumption when re-ordering! Definitely, NOT a negative on the product or company.

The cabinet looks as in the picture except for the color that I expected to be lighter. Also, assembling it took about 2 hours, and one of the drawers does not own smoothly, it gets stuck about half way through but after a strong tug ends up opening fully. Although not perfect, it’s a usable piece of furniture.

Much better than expected

When I opened the box, I almost cried. So many parts. Assembly looked impossible. Still, the instructions were straightforward, step by step. It took five hours (I'm slow) to assemble, but in the end, it looked just like its picture, and the drawers opened and closed effortlessly. I have a very heavy color laser printer/scanner on top, and the sturdy unit is holding it just fine. All in all, we are very pleased. The only tool needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. Hint -- an electric screwdriver would have eased and sped up the assembly.

Assembly sucks

Ugh, it was such a pain in the butt to put together. I still have to figure out the screw placement for the file drawer, 🙄 it's just sitting there and I look at it with a big sigh. It takes time for sure. The bottom of the drawers are super flimsy, im afraid to put anything mildly heavy in them. The whole thing rocks if I try to handle it to roughly. It looks ok. you get what you pay for. I'm still going to use it. I'm dreading the other one I bought, hopefully it will be an easy assembly. I think I will connect the peices with wood glue to make it more durable. Hope that works.
