I ordered this set (front and rear pads and rotors) for 2010 Ford Expedition Limited. I have ran this style(slotted, drilled rotors) on several of my vehicles with amazing results. This was my second time using the Detroit Axle brand though. Installation went as expected, and if you have done brakes before, it couldn’t have gone easier. Here’s my problem. Immediately after installing the driver’s side front began squeaking. Seemed like all the time, not just when the brakes were applied. They would then continue to squeak after you let off the brake pedal, and began to accelerate. I took the driver’s side apart 3 times, cleaning, greasing, checking the caliper, checking to see If the rotor was warped, etc. Finally, it stopped on its own. But it took a couple thousand miles. Now, the passenger side has a mild squeak after numerous start/stops in city driving! This is the first vet of brake pads I ever installed the I have had a noise issue with! I reached out to Detroit Axle to see if they had recommendations about how to stop the squeaking. After listing everything I had already done back to me, I was told to take it to a mechanic. I guess so I could be charged to hear the squeak... My biggest complaint though. Brake dust is excessive for ceramic brakes! The attached photos are after 1,000 miles of driving. I’ve only seen this amount of brake dust from cheap brake pads!! I’m going to go to my local parts store and buy ceramic pads, and install them in the next couple weeks. I want to see if this remedies both problems. Will update once I do it, and test them out. ... show more

  • Don’t buy!!
After about two months we had to take our Ford Expedition to a local brakes store because the brakes would squeak loudly and the passenger front was super hot. The brake company told us the front rotor and brake pad had to be replaced and the rear brakes were completely shot. The instructions for the installation stink, because there isn’t any. ... show more

  • Product tester
Product so far still good no dust stops like it should and quite for few days was little rough because new after a day are two works like a charm.

  • Exceptional quality, I highly recommend.
I purchased new rotors and pads for my fusion, I loved the quality and precise fit so much, I bought all new rotors and pads for my Expedition. The slotted and cross drilled design keeps them cooler and shortens stopping distance. You'll pay a $100.00 more at O'Reilly's Auto Parts for lesser quality and they won't be slotted and cross drilled. ... show more

  • Package Included all the replacement parts that we needed to replace.
Parts went on just like factory replacements are supposed to. Great price.
