I ordered these parts back in July when I replaced my pads and rotor. 5 months later, I hear grinding, and realize the brake pad had started grinding into the rotor. I take the caliper off, and notice the outside pad was completely gone, and the inside pad looked brand new. I called the company for a warranty replacement, and they wanted to charge me $40 to ship me a new caliper, and told me that they could not do anything to help me with the pads and rotor that needed to be replaced, due to their caliper malfunctioning.
