For a 2009 Genuine Scooter Buddy 125 (manufactured by PGO in Taiwan), the large size of this universal cover fits as if it's a custom design--at a very reasonable cost. I like that this cover fits perfectly for my small Honda scooter. It’s light and covers the entire scooter with a bottom strap to keep it in place. Since I have barely used it or have just installed it today, I would rate this 5 stars for now… let’s wait and see if this cover last after exposure to sunlight or current weather. I’ve had this cover for a few months now. It’s fits well and I suppose it’s okay for sun protection but it absolute is in no way waterproof. Every time it rains the bike gets drenched.
