Can't live (as well) without it!
I have been taking this Adrenal Complex supplement for a few years, 2 pills every morning a half hour before eating anything. I have tried to go without it on a couple different occasions, but after about 5 days off of it, I noticed a huge drop in my energy level and brain functioning. I had been on a different brand's adrenal complex before this for multiple years, and it worked great, but this brand came recommended by the holistic doctor I'm working with, so I gave it a try, and I have to say I like it even better. Every once in awhile on the other one I'd feel a bit jittery/anxious in the afternoon, and I've had no side effects with this one. I have dealt with issues related to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for more than 25 years, and this has been the most important supplement I've ever taken to help me to function at a somewhat normal level. It's a bit pricey, but it's good stuff and totally worth it for me! I also take another Designs for Health Supplement, and their customer service was fantastic all around when I had an issue with that product.

This definitely helped my adrenal insufficiency!
I had severe adrenal insuffiency last fall (2017) and even an adrenal insuffiency crisis after evacuating for a hurricane. I took the Adrenal Complex for 6 months and have improved so much! No more adrenaline rushes, no more jumping out of my skin or easy startling. My cortisol levels are balancing out. These supplements were a God send and definitely helped!
