I really love the quality and looks of this fountain. My big issue is that the water doesn't quite flow entirely in the direction it is supposed. Yes, it flows downward. Mostly it flows to the next tier, but part of that stream flows over the edge and ultimately to the floor, or ground. I adjusted the pump, but water goes where it goes. I wouldnt send it back for that. I've made fountains and bought many, so I dont consider it a big deal. But, I will have to either glue some pretty rocks in certain areas or build up those areas with mortar or the like. Or put in a smaller pump. All that said, I still think it's very nice looking, smooth sounding, and will look perfect for I intend to put it. ... show more

The fountain is perfect. Noise level good for the area, and the lighting is excellent. Without the lights it would be a pile of rocks. Seems well made, works great so far, and I hope to enjoy it for years. The one it is replacing lasted 46 years.

Item arrived and did not appeared to be fine Unfortunately it wasn’t fine. I believe that it was flawed from the very beginning. There were 2 hairline cracks that allowed water to leak out. I purchased it as a gift and by the time it was opened and friend attempted to use it, the window for returns had expired. And I was out over 100.00 and have decided I’ll by local if possible so if there are further issues returns will be easier. I live 24 miles from UPS so returns are not quite as convenient ... show more

The instructions are USELESS but the fountain is very nice. I got it to use indoors. Unfortunately, it splashes and the table where it 's on gets wet in less than an hour. It is too small for use outside (height 18") so I will return.

I love this. I don't even have a great spot for it but it's outside and it's on. Calming, peaceful and good for meditation. Highly recommend. (There's a bit of splash, so indoors wouldn't be advisable).
