I have a small patch of psoriasis on my scalp. I have tried oodles of creams and lotions over the years. There are very very few that relieve the itching and hydrate my skin. This is one of only about two that I am happy I bought. I don't like to rely on steroid creams. I have been using it and don't need to use it every day. Bought to help with extremely dry hands and works wonders. No scent, thick and creamy but does not leave hands greasy just nice soft hands. Have started using on other problem areas, feet, knees, and elbows as well.
