It has a decent amount of RAM but not a good enough processor to even support it. The keyboard is terrible quality, it will type random numbers instead of the keys you actually hit which makes working on it a headache. The accessories it comes with are very cheap and most of them did not even work. The camera is extremely pointless, it sits above the keyboard so you’re face isn’t even in frame. Overall it looks very cute and is a nice price, but it is terrible quality.

This is a decent, budget-friendly laptop. I've had mine for four months. Unfortunately, it was then that the screen stopped working, as did any external display. Up to that point, this has been a terrific laptop. I contacted the seller, who was willing to work with me. Furthermore, I could have had this fixed at a local shop (and then reimbursed), but I bought a protection plan through Asurion, so I am opting for a replacement. Dere customer service was wonderful, as they were willing to help, but alas, never underestimate the importance of a protection plan-- especially when it comes to ANYTHING electronic or technology-wise. $$ It's less headache, and a time-saver.

Great light laptop at a super price. Easy set up. I haven't used the camera yet, but I don't like that it is detached from the laptop. Other than that, a great purchase. It also comes with a plastic covering for the keyboard, which is helpful when wiping it clean.

I was very skeptical as I've never bought an off-brand laptop before. I am an Asus person, or HP if I'm in a pinch. I needed to get a cheaper laptop with the specs I need so I tried it. I'm not disappointed, but there were problems getting it set up. Not sure if that was my fault or not though. Came as advertised and with a bunch of freebies! A webcam, wired mouse, mousepad, USB port adapter (computer only has one USB port), etc. Except the keyboard does not light up. My charger broke after a week and I have not figured out how to contact the seller yet, so that is my biggest issue. Feels kind of fragile. The audio is bad but that is not a dealbreaker for me. Just plug in headphones or a speaker. UPDATE: The computer stopped charging three months in. It is unusable now. And after all the issues I have had with this computer I have given up on trying to get it to work. I will not be buying an off-brand laptop ever again. I wish I would have just bought an Asus instead of this computer because I ended up having to buy one anyway. This was a waste of $400!

This laptop was ok at first. but then I started noticing the defects 1) no HDMI connection. i shoulda check this but what laptop in 2022 doesn't have a hdmi cable? 2) the screen quality is weird. there are certain pop up that come up and are completely blurry 3) the laptop was the weirdest charging cable it's super short too 4) the cam is COMPLETLY pointless. i don't know why they even bothere. it's placed above the keyboard so it looks like u have a double chin 5) amazon and the company were completly useless at letting me return this. now I'm stuck with it. DO NOT BUYT THIS LAPTOP

First off you should know this laptop has poor battery life and quiet speakers, even my phone is louder and it's battery lasts way longer but those are my only complaints. It's pretty decent overall despite this although I have yet to try more strenuous things like gaming. Also I don't know why this review wants me to rate and talk about a touch screen. If you're looking for a laptop with a touch screen you're going to be disappointed because it doesn't have one. I honestly have no idea why giving a rating specifically for a touch screen is an option.

What I do not like about this laptop is poor processor camera is absolutely horrible. Is no way for you to charge the laptop unless you hook it up to another live USB cord. I am very upset and I Will be returning this today..!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤷🏾♀️💶💶💶💶 This computer runs very slow… this will not be good for gaming or running a small business or editing videos the processor is too slow..
