Keyboard glitched out and stopped working then started working and finally after one last time of the keyboard not working, I started the return process. Didn't even have it for a full day. One of the smaller and cheaper laptop. Everything working ok, but after the first few weeks the pointer malfunctioned. The screen pointer became sticking when moving about with the touch pad. It would just get stuck momentarily and keeps clicking on items on the desktop uncontrollably. I can't even turn on my internet icon. Found a fix after repeatedly pressing firmly on the touchpad throughout. That seems to fix it, but same issue reoccurs and have to repeat the touchpad firm pressing. The battery only appears to last a couple hours and then needing a recharge. Also, the underside of the laptop gets really hot and cannot place it on bareskin leg. It is not so convenience for any business project. It is fine for browsing on the internet when the pointer isn't sticking but seems slower than my HP laptop. Good for listening to music on the window media, though. Not too sure how long this laptop will last. Might just toss this out of the window if touchpad and pointer issue persist. ... show more
