This scope is well designed and well built. The picture and video quality is great, 1080P. Gives extremely clear pictures over a fairly broad focal length, from very close to distant. Being a stand-alone unit, there is no need to mess with trying to pair it to a smartphone or wireless connections. The screen size works well and the unit is easy to hold while using. The controls are easy to learn and work well to give you a good view. The headlights are adjustable in brightness, so that you can get the right exposure. Having two cameras is a huge plus, allowing you to inspect many things that would be out of view of just a forward looking camera. For example, you can insert it straight down into a gear box and then use the side camera to look around and inspect the gears. You can also send it straight down a pipe which t's into another, then using the side camera, look down each leg of the intersecting pipe. A one camera, forward looking scope could not do that. It comes with a very nice protective case for storage. I have attached several photos as examples, inspecting a flu pipe, cooling coils for contamination, a blower inside of a piece of equipment, plus a solenoid valve buried within a unit. The 16 foot long probe is more than sufficient, longer than anything I will need for my uses. I have purchased and used many borescopes over the years and can highly recommend this one, having two cameras and crystal clear picture quality.

This device has a big, clear screen as well as good sized-buttons that make operation easy. The camera however uses a reinforced USB plug to connect to the screen, and will occasionally disconnect and show an error on the screen. The camera came with a card describing this and suggesting to make sure the cable is inserted tightly. Despite this, I've still had it disconnect a couple times.

The DEPSTECH Borescope 5" IPS Screen, 1080P with Dual Camera made fishing wire - even past several joists much easier and faster. I taped the camera to a traditional steel fishtape, about 6 inches back from the end and then every 6-8 inches (for 6-8 feet) to allow the fish tape to guide the borescope. Be careful not to tape over the side camera. It is so helpful to see what you are up against and finding and guiding through unseen holes. The camera provides a very clear image. The image was a little staticy if USB connection is made after turning on the Borescope, so connect first - then turn on. Battery life is good. It is helpful to use the split screen with the second camera to see what the wire is next to. The light on the camera helps find the end from the far side. Great addition to the tool set!
