My buddy tried cheap glue with this Expander & puller—the lever force ripped it right off! Finally got real PDR glue (you gotta buy it separate), and boom, night and day difference. Way easier than T-bars/suction cups/Golden lifters. Suction cups just slide off curves. Don’t skip the glue—this tool’s a beast but needs its match!

I have used the first-generation tool before. The manual expander is indeed very labor-saving. But the anti-slip texture and thickened design of the pull tabs of the updated third generation look more reliable than those of the old model. It is worth mentioning that the beveled support structure can theoretically reduce the risk of detachment.
