The large size is great for not worrying about having overflow. Good for rice bowls or most food in general as long as you don't mind it getting mixed up. Probably too big for soup but works. It looks and feels high quality. Its hand glazed but for some pieces it has the downside of having some pretty big black spots that I often mistake for being dirty. I just ordered more, and this new pack seems to have less spots and appears smoother and more uniform. They take up more room in the dishwasher (uses the space equivalent of 3 plates) so you may need to run dishwasher more often. They're solid but I broke my first one the other day and when they break it's not a small Knick, it results in cracks, so you really need to throw them out.

Really love the square edge. Works great for slurping up the liquids. Love the coloration, though they are a bit more dark blue than expected. The size is great. Had these for several months now and we use these as much as the plates.

These large pasta bowls are absolutely beautiful. They are big enough to hold an extra big portion of spaghetti- my hand fits in the bowl. I bought them to go with my daughter’s dishes. They do not disappoint.

I bought these bowls after purchasing an entire dish set from the same manufacturer. I love them as much as I love the dish set that I bought. They are attractive and easy to both spot clean and clean in the dishwasher. After over a month of using them, I’ve experienced no breakage or chipping. I would typically leave a five star review except for the fact that the manufacturer makes a big deal about customer service and replacing any dishes broken during delivery. When I received a package with a broken dish, though, I found their customer service difficult to contact. Once I was able to send a message to them, I received no response. Luckily, I was able to exchange the package with the broken dish with a package with intact dishes through Amazon’s return policy. Despite the poor customer service, these dishes are an excellent buy. They are advertised as pasta dishes, but they also work excellently as dessert dishes.

The bowls came very well packed with a note from the seller, stating any damaged product will be replaced (I find this a nice touch!). The bowls are big - I use them for soup and pasta. They are glazed, the colour is very beautiful - exactly like the one on the original pictures - heavy, but not too much. The best thing is the modern look, given by the square shape. The feel as if they are handmade, so there are small black dots on random places, and they don't stuck well inside each other, as each bowl has a slightly different shape. I don't mind this, just bare it in mind. I believe they are sturdy and easy to clean, as well. Generally, a dood buy. I do recommend them and the brand.
