If you're here, you probably have a Subaru Outback, probably an LL Bean with the H6 engine that's running hot. That's what ours was doing. The faster you drive, the hotter it got. We flushed the system and installed a new OEM thermostat, and that didn't fix it. We decided to do the radiator. Everyone says "Only OEM" but I know Denso is good. We ordered it and when we got the old one out, it was much dirtier than we thought. The cooling fans are made by Denso, I suspect the radiator might have been too. Put it in, exact drop in and it fixed our problem. I took the attached picture and didn't realize until I looked at the picture, the new Denso has more tubes. The old radiator had 68 tubes and the new Denso, 107. Look closely at the picture. For the price you can't beat it and it will likely fix your problem as long as you don't have blown head gaskets, which luckily for us H6 owners, isn't common. Hope this helps someone else! UPDATE: 11-13-18: We finished the summer and can fully say, this radiator made a huge difference in the cooling capacity of our Subaru. If you have an H6 powered Subaru, this might be the ticket to your high speed overheating. I will again update if anything changes. Still five stars! ... show more
