1st radiator arrived quickly however it was damaged - side was bent in. I requested a replacement and it took 4 days, despite the fact that I was given the option to have '1 day shipping', which I selected. Apparently this was a programming glitch, because it still took 4 days to ship. When the replacement unit arrived, the box looked like it had been dragged behind the truck. Radiator was OK, but one of the tranny cooler fittings was slightly bent. It was not bad enough to try for another replacement. I'm here because of the dreaded transmission line problem with the oem radiators. I usually always replace the parts in my car with factory replacements but did not want a reoccurrence of coolant puddles under my car. This Denso radiator was first available in 2011 which is the main reason I bought this one, hoping that after a few years of customer complaints someone would have fixed this issue. Also Denso is the same manufacturer as the oem one, the only difference is its missing the Honda stamps and foam pieces on the top and sides of the radiator. This dropped in just like original. It will not come with a new cap - just FYI, you have to reuse the old cap.

It's a true denso part. It's packed very well for shipping the big box was dented but it's in foam on the sides and has an additional piece of cardboard on the inside to protect it

New connection for transmission linesbetter than oem. Star off for china mfg not oem but aftermarket and no new foam and hitand miss packaging.

Arrived undamaged. Good replacement for OEM Ridgeline. No leaks or problems in 2 weeks.
