    • Check the Fitment as it is not what it seems!!
This was installed on a 1998 GS300. The Amazon site shows perfect fit but that is not accurate. The top or the bottom 3 holes line up with the fan assembly but all 6 mounting holes do not line up exactly. Either the radiator was slightly warped or the fan shroud was warped. If you mount the top 3 holes than the bottom 3 holes were off by 1/2" and vice versa. I had to shave one corner on the bottom left mounting location to align 5 holes out of 6 with some elbowing. other than that the everything else is just fine. Also as plenty of people have mentioned the radiator cap is unique and will not fit standard off the self caps and even the original Toyota / Lexus cap does not fit. Hopefully won't have to replace it for a while. ... show more

I Purchased this for a 2003 GS300 and it fit perfectly. Loosely insert all the screws before you tighten them down and it should fit snug like it should. This radiator is for a car that either is or will be 20yrs old so what exactly are you expecting? It to fit like the car was just built yesterday? Be serious with your expectations of things when you buy them before you write a bad review. ... show more

Perfect fit on my 2002 Lexus Gs300. Some reviews stated that the bolt holes didn't line up properly. The unit that was shipped to me was an exact fit in all dimensions.

    • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) fit at affordable price
This replacement radiator fit like the original, was very easy to install. I think the people that complained about it not fitting had a car with a warped frame, every connector and screw hole aligned perfectly with the frame, hoses and fan assembly. It was actually easier to install then to remove the original part, I am original owner so I know it never had frontal damage that may cause radiator install issues. My only gripe is that the box it came in was open, with radiator exposed. After inspecting it, it looked damaged free thanks to UPS handling it with some care.     • direct fit for 2000 lexus gs400
I knew that the oem radiators are prone to brittle plastic and subject to fail so when i saw the price of a denso direct replacement for $65, it was an easy decision. i was slightly worried since some reviews mentioned they needed to adjust some of the holes. for my application 2000 lexus gs400, it really was pretty good fit. i did take out the airbox and replace all the hoses at the same time. hardest part is trying to get all the electrical connectors to disconnect. all the screws for fan fit in the same spot. the temp sensor screwed in and didn't leak. The only slight adjustment was for the air box/air intake. in the original application, there is what can be described as foam weatherstripping between the radiator and frame of the front of the car. the old foam was not reusable. I assume it is to force more air from the front of the car and through the a/c condensor/radiator. i likely will try to find similar weather stripping to install at a later point but i don't think it's critical. so far so good. temp only goes slightly over the half way mark on my car. ... show more

    • Cap is a different size from OEM 2000 GS300
Functionally it's fine. I am not thrilled with the fact that all the fan shroud bolts didn't line up and the stock GS300 radiator cap does not fit. I have no idea what cap I will need to use if I need to change it in the future. For those two reasons I'd buy a different unit. Update; Supplied cap was bad. I can't recommend purchasing this unit. NAPA sells a cap that fits 703-1712 ... show more
