I thought this was a bit loud for my application, near my sleeping quarters, but it seemed like a good freezer and I cant say enough about the customer service. I did contact them and they refunded my money right away no if ands or buts. Wish it had been a quieter, I would have kept it. Don't let me saying it was loud discourage you from purchasing especially if you have it in the kitchen or somewhere. it would be fine I am sure. But again the company is awesome. ... show more

We live in a senior apartment & this has been the perfect size for us. About the same as a top of refrigerator freeze. Hold a 12in pizza box. It keeps ice cream really firm.

I really like it. I received I read all the instruction and allow 24 hours before I can use and next two day later I just get plugs in everything is work great. I can hear motor compressor but doesn’t bother me noise.
