    • Bought for waxing my snowboards
Great brush set for the money. The brushes are big enough to cover a good amount of surface on snowboards, making the job easier. I use the softest brush to get rid of loose dirt prior to adding new wax and smooth out the new wax at the very end. I use the brass brush to scrape up the old wax still on the board, and use the nylon brush to brush off the old wax before applying the new wax treatment. I also use the nylon brush after scraping the new wax off to get rid of the remaining loose wax flakes. The scraper I will say is a little small. You have to apply a lot of pressure to scrape off the new wax and have cut myself a couple times trying to keep a good grip. Recently I bought a different one, so hopefully I can get a good result with the new one. That is my only gripe about the kit, but not a reason to not buy it.     • Beware of bent file and scraper
Brushes are nice. The scraper and file are junk. Both are not straight and true. Make sure you check them to avoid damaging your ski or snowboard.

    • Must have for your own waxing kit
This is a nice set of brushes that you must have for your own waxing kit. You might be able to buy them individually and maybe skip one, but why? Get the kit and have the full range from brass cleaning to horsehair polishing.

It's on the pricey side. Probably the only reason I bought it, it's because i had a Amazon gift card. I wished it was longer for snowboards.
