I previously had a brushed nickel set from Delta but wanted to change it to black to match my other hardware. Change out was perfect. My only complaint is that the screw they provided were silver. I’m taking one star off for not providing black screws. Come on, Delta.

We had to buy a cheap tub spout to use the inside because the old one was not threaded and this one is, so after that added expense and a couple trips to a hardware store we got it installed. I guess lesson learned for us. I want all fixtures to match in our renovations but its hard when the old plumbing is done for a specific brand. ... show more

Just received the package and immediately was concerned with the small size of the package. All the reviews are correct regarding how plastic this shower assembly is. I am sure it is plastic so that it doesn’t rust but $200 for plastic is ridiculous. The back of the shower head you can see arrived with a decent scratch (not too worried about this as it would not be noticed once installed). The 1 star review is regarding the missing piece (and possible pieces). The trim behind the temperature handle is missing. Shouldn’t be difficult to pack all necessary items especially when we are paying $200 for plastic. ... show more
