Functional, inexpensive, easy
I can't believe how long I looked in stores for this type of item - was thrilled to see it on Amazon. Is what I wanted/needed, was inexpensive, shipped fast, and does just what it is supposed to do. No leaks and easy to install if you can remember righty-tighty, lefty-loosey. haha.

Beware! Don’t Buy
I was forced to put a star for the review, which the only reason I gave it the 1 star. This isn’t a Delta brand item. The package said “chrome” but it is plastic.

Plastic
Product is plastic and leaks after a few days of being installed. I should have purchased an all metal one.

Leaks
Bought 3 of them they all leak and do not "devert" form one to the other. To be honest I have bought others also and have not found one yet that works.

Like I said
It works but it is not a Delta brand despite the statement in the title. It does not have the Delta name anywhere on the packaging and the piece is made of plastic. Like I said, it works, but it isn't what I expected.

Good value
Great for stationary and handheld shower heads but only does one or the other, not both.

Do not get this!!!!
When I tried to install this, it leaked. So I screwed a bit more, then it clacked. It a piece of garbage.

Plastic, but OK
Had to return for a replacement. The plastic cracked on first attempt to install. But I wasn't expecting much for price.
