Works really great for cooling half of my house. Only complaint is that there’s no “eco mode” - at least that I’ve been able to find. I don’t like having it run constantly, and for it to continue running even when it has reached the set temp, causing it to be even colder, etc. I love the app though, it makes it easier to control and also comes with remote. I’m praying it lasts a long time! *UPDATE: So, I still love the unit, it still works phenomenally in my bedroom since I don’t have central a/c - it keeps my room nice and cold, and since I live in south GA, it gets so humid (usually around 70-90% here) - so the dehumidifier setting works amazing at keeping it way less sticky 🤣 But, a few days ago I noticed a kind of knocking noise when i had it on - so I went on the app and did the chat feature, spoke to someone and sent a video with the noise, and they said it wasn’t normal. So, they offered to ship me a new one and told me if it works properly, I can dispose of the old one. It still works, but I’m worried it may almost be dying out (I honestly have it on a lot, it’s usually around 80-90 with extreme humidity here in GA without a/c 😅) so maybe I just ran it too often. But, while it still works, I’ll keep it and use it as backup if needed. But I am impressed with the customer service, and I appreciate them sending me a replacement! I will definitely buy from them again when I need other products! I can’t wait to see how it’ll work as a heater in the winter too!

I bought this because the info on Amazon says cools up to 800sq ft. 14k btu with heat and WiFi. Then tell me oh wise ones why the owners manual says it’s only made to cool 500 sq ft. It’s misleading. I wouldn’t buy it again. I’ve had it on all day and it still says it’s 81 in my apartment. My apartment is only 700sq ft and it’s not cooling it off much. What a disappointment. Edit. They gave me my money back and changed the description to says it’s only made for 650sq ft…

Easy to install, rolls smoothly and the app is easy to use - I didn’t even set up the remote. I was able to put this unit in my kitchen venting out a horizontal sliding window facing to the open living room. The first day I just put on dry mode because I wanted the coolant to settle but within 10 minutes the temperature dropped 4 degrees. The next day we tried cool mode and it cooled down quickly. A few days later I turned it on while I baked bread almost all day and I had to turn the temperature up because I was chilly. It cooled down our kitchen, living room and office (all connected with wide door frames.) The noise is to be expected but seems quieter than a window ac but really gets the job done quickly.

I live in an apartment that’s running old ac units that are far from energy efficient. So I bought 2 of these so that I pay less in energy. It saves me around 150$ per month. So they have already paid themselves off. The appearance looks extremely modern yet minimalist. The one I have cooling my room is over kill. It’s suppose to cool 450 sqft. But I have my second one cooling my living room, kitchen, and dining area. I have an apartment under 1000sqft. But it’s still doing a great job. The installation was easy. Took at most 15 mins to set up before it was on a starting to cool down. The noise is completely fine I have no problems with it. I normally set it to medium. Just an FYI, it’s best to let your ac unit to sit for 4hr before setting it up.

I bought this as a gift and had it shipped to them. It worked great the first day and then it stopped working. To return it has been quite an Ordeal. The fact that it was a gift that was shipped across Country all of Labels and shipping requirements came to me, not the person Who was gifted to.

Cools down my shop fast. App controls everything, and dehumidifier function really keeps things dry. A little louder than I’d like but nothing I can’t live with. Had to modify the included window vent to fit the 20” wide window, but no issue with that. Looking forward to using the heat function also

I've only had it a week but, it work's fine and is not any louder than a window unit or box fan. It has ran a week nonstop without issue. The vent hose is pretty cheap. It's a value priced unit and so far has been good for the price. We'll see how it works in two years. It's not going to cool the whole house but, one or two rooms would be fine.

My central broke last summer, it will be 9k to replace, this portable unit did the job perfectly. And, it saved me $ overall since I turned it on as needed. It took just a few minutes to feel instantly cooled. I wish it was a bit quieter but its not too bad.
