Bought 4 to replace old window units. Got two 14k btu and two 10k btu. Installed on second and third floor of house. Huge difference in temp almost immediately after got them all running. My other units barely pushed air and with these can feel the air from across the room. Very satisfied with the app functionality as well and can control all units at same time. Only concern was the bigger units had to be almost perfectly level or it vibrated and caused a loud noise. After some adjustments and leveling it’s running good. I can’t wait until they make a 240v unit to replace my main floor a/c!

Just installed today & seems to be cooling room down quickly, however, there is a "clicking.rattling sound" when operating. Manual says to expect "pinging" sound when water hits pan but this is not that type of sound. Perhaps it's because unit is just settling in as there is NO WAY you could sleep to that sound. We will see.

*New update* The communication with this seller has been phenomenal. They proactively reached out and offered support. The resolution was above what I was asking, so A++++ customer service and updated two stars for that alone. If all my customer service interactions went this smoothly, I would be a happy woman. Old review-I brought two units. Both take a while to get the area cool. I have the smaller room 10x xxx and it takes just as long to get cool as the bigger room 12x xxx. Ultimately, you have to keep them on for quite a while to start feeling the difference. Little annoying, but I think I should have brought stronger BTU units. They both have been easy to set up and install. However, one of the units makes a very loud noise when operational. Not sure why one makes weird noise and the other doesn't but who knows. The sound is very loud and annoying though. Never goes away, but does decrease in decibel eventually. Wish that unit was as quiet as the first. I wanted a refund but who wants to go through the hassle of taking it out, having it dry, then sending back. This has made me think twice though about buying larger appliances off of Amazon. You can tell it's a budget AC unit.

This unit is small and and does not cool the size room it claimed!!! Maybe a 50 square ft shed but definitely not a 250 sq ft!! Which is dangerous for me!! I am a terminal woman who the heat can stop me from breathing Which is why I bought this unit it says that it will cool my bedroom and IT DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE!!! and now I can't return it in time because the temperature is going to be over 95 today and tomorrow. I can't take the chance of not having anything!! So now after I buy a expensive unit for the living room I will have to buy a different one for the bedroom 🙃 so this unit has wasted $270 of my money 🙃 I am on social security and can't afford to keep buying units because the seller lied about the unit...so beware if you buy it...oh and the vents the cooler air comes out of only point down!!! Can't adjust them and I wasn't told that!! That would have been a deal breaker...I feel totally taken advantage of by this seller!!!

3 stars is probably unfair because it’s worth the money we paid for it, but it is super loud.(in my opinion) Straight forward to install, and cools the rooms well enough. Wouldn’t buy it again, but would get another mini split from Della. We have one and it works great but it was around 1000 dollars after the unit and all the random things you have to buy to install it.

Lowered my light bill. It’s hot in my kitchen during the summer and my thermostat is right on the other side of the wall. The rest of the house stayed cool but the big ac unit run all the time day and night. Since adding this window unit my kitchen stays cool and the big unit doesn’t run near as much. As for noise it’s not any louder than any other window unit I’ve had or been around. It’s really worth the money if you’re facing the problem I was and it will pay for itself in a few months.
