The computer arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted to purchase. When turning it on it would not boot up, and trying several different chargers I was able to get it to take a charge but the battery very quickly died. After a few more attempted I was able to get it to charge some, but again the battery died too quickly. I returned the computer and followed their instructions on how to ship it back to them. After a few days a refund was not given back. I have communicated with the seller times, providing several different passwords to help them "restore" the computer and still no refunds have been given, but there have been plenty of excuses from them. Amazon has been all but impossible to work with to get them to help with the seller. ... show more

Do not purchase from them they sell unreliable products. I purchased a laptop in February 2026, June 2026 it completely stopped working. I took the laptop to Apple Store and they said 698.00 to fix it almost double what I paid for it. They recommended I reach out to the seller to see if they can help me so I messaged them asking for a refund. I am well aware I am past the 90 warranty but I thought the be would be fair since they sold me an unreliable device but they said no. I was hoping they had good morals.
