    • Will not work with you to issue a refund.
The computer arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted to purchase. When turning it on it would not boot up, and trying several different chargers I was able to get it to take a charge but the battery very quickly died. After a few more attempted I was able to get it to charge some, but again the battery died too quickly. I returned the computer and followed their instructions on how to ship it back to them. After a few days a refund was not given back. I have communicated with the seller times, providing several different passwords to help them "restore" the computer and still no refunds have been given, but there have been plenty of excuses from them. Amazon has been all but impossible to work with to get them to help with the seller. ... show more

Purchased laptop that was listed as Excellent condition. No extreme visible scratches display screen was perfect. Only issue was that the Touch Bar did not work. Touchbar was completely fried, was a hardware issue and will not pay $1k plus to get repaired so I sent it back. Purchase from BestBuy or just buy new. Not worth the trouble. ... show more
