Sent it back. It looked like it had been dropped so I was concerned I would have trouble down the road. Plus, there was no warranty. I have the same laptop with a 17-inch screen and it's a good graphic arts computer.

Could not find this laptop online anywhere else for at least $500+ more, was a great deal for the specs. some light scratch on the exterior for a “used-good” conditioned laptop, interior/keyboard/screen all in perfect condition which is the only relevant part to me if the components work

I had issues with installation of the programs and couldn’t get a bar to come up. The company that made the computer was very responsive and helpful and made sure my computer was working properly. I would recommend them and this computer for that reason.
