Bought this due to the low price and the promise of a quality refurbished product. But it caused mayhem with my eero mesh wifi and screwed up the color on my new Dell UHD display. So far so good. Did not have a place for my monitor to plug in. Spot where it should've been was covered and when cover pulled back, the plug was not there. Amazon support is absolutely useless. Agent barely spoke English, so language barrier did not help frustration. I literally cried out of being overwhelmed and she said yes, I can't help you with monitor issue. You just have to return. Um, thanks for nothing, Amazon! Ended up hooking up tv to make it work. Computer seems good, as of now. Amazon on the other hand - not so much. ... show more

The keyboard that came with the computer was a real cheap piece of plastic. Two of the keys were loose in the box. The "enter" button next to the number pad didn't work. I pushed it down and it stayed there. I expected a Logitek keyboard. This was a brand I never heard of. The wi-fi adapter didn't keep the internet connected. The tower seems ok. ... show more

I've had this thing running for about a day now, and it seems to work just fine. I had some issues trying to initially get it going....kept asking for my Microsoft code. I don't have one, so I battled the screen for about 45 minutes. I got on my laptop and looked up how to get past the Microsoft screen, and everything went as expected. The next morning I moved the computer into the desk in the den where the old desktop computer was, hooked up everything, turned it on, but couldn't get internet access. Strange 'cuz when I originally set it up on the kitchen table, all worked. After wrestling with the issue for 20 or 30 minutes, I went into the room with the modem/gateway, unpowered it for a minute or so, went back to the new unit, and bingo----everything is up and running. ... show more
