Very nice laptop. Good selection of ports but as typical, never enough USB and when using a USB dock/hub, most can’t deliver the full power from the charger resulting in a warning about reduced performance. Juggling which USB port to use for the dock helps to get around the warning. I haven’t yet pushed the performance envelope but so far I’m pleased. For my needs, the screen and video are more than adequate. Biggest complaints, while not unexpected, are the lack of Windows Hello support for biometric login; and the heat generated when calling on the cores to work harder. Definitely needs to be used with a laptop cooling fan. Having used Dell laptops, mainly non-workstation, for more than a decade, the quality of this machine seems to be a notch above that of the latitude and Inspiron machines that I’ve used in the past few years. And given that this was a refurbished unit, I saw nothing to indicate that was the case. Seems brand new to me, except for the price! Exceptional value! One hiccup quickly resolved by the seller was the inclusion of an incorrect charger. Very good customer service for a refurbished laptop seller! ... show more

Having problems connecting to other devices, otherwise fine. Hope to resolve through trouble shooting. Good value for the money although the case is scratched more than initially described; however the company made up for that with an additional discount and a full year warranty on the product. Unit that I received came with a T600 NVIDIA, not the T1200 as advertised in the post. Outside of the wrong GPU, the unit was refurbished and in excellent cosmetic shape. Very disappointed with the misleading title and data within the listing. The NVIDIA T1200 laptop GPU is a faster, upgraded version of the T600, featuring 1024 CUDA cores compared to the T600's 896 (mobile) or 640 (desktop). Both are Turing-based workstation GPUs for 3D modeling/CAD, but the T1200 offers higher performance and higher power consumption (up to 95W vs. 25W-40W), making it better for demanding tasks. ... show more
