Needed a new pc immediately as and this is the cheapest one that would fit my requirements and be able to play a few games. I was anxious about buying something refurbished but two months in, have had zero issues and was able to bump up details settings over my old pc. Bought this for myself, had a few problems but they were easy to fix without support. If the computer doesn't turn on mess with the hard drive cables, this computer isn't really a bang for your buck. You can get a really nice gaming computer for 430$, but if you do not know anything about computers and you want to start gaming, i think this would be a good starting point. Medium settings can get above 100fps on most modern games if over clocked properly. Might need to put more thermal paste as well since mine didn't come with any :(. The computer works perfectly in my everyday needs if that comes to coding, gaming, discord, chatting etc. But I would save up for a more better gpu though, the cpu is really good! ... show more

Had a "fluke" issue with a bad hard drive. Seller was prompt with returning emails and walking through the troubleshooting guide. When that did not work, seller offered a replacement hard drive and ensured shipping would be prompt. Great customer service is extremely rare. okay, it's not TERRIBLE for streaming, but it gets way too hot and loud. plays games with a breeze, tested fortnite, sims 4, valorant, and overwatch. amazing for horror and indie game play, played outlast 2 on this as well. overall, i'm extremely satisfied and have had no problems except for with streaming/sharing screens. ... show more
