This computer is very fast. Have no issues at all. One note: the wi-fi adaptor I started with was really not compatible with the more advanced technology of the system's software which caused frequent connectivity issues. I got a newer adaptor that fixed the problem.

My old computer was on Windows 7 and it was becoming obsolete so I bought this one which works just fine it's on Windows 11 and I absolutely hate it . I imagine that there would be a great deal of difference between 7 and 11 but they seem to have no relationship at all and 11 assumes too much. I rarely use it do most of my work on my tablet using Android. But that's not the fault of the computer. If you don't want to replace your computer in 4-5 months, I don't recommend purchasing one from this seller!! I would leave zero stars if it were an option. After having these computers for 4.5 months, 2 of them stopped working. Hard Drive Not Found. The seller will not make it right. Amazon cannot make it right because of the 3rd part seller. Like most of these old office pulls I've bought in the past, this one does as expected. The wifi dongle provided is absolute crap (and the description is a bit misleading, making it sound like it has built-in wifi) so I plugged it into my living room TV to install drivers for the dedicated wifi card I purchased. The card I purchased came with a driver disk and it worked to install it without using the cat5 to hardwire it. However, when I went to put the disk in, I saw the attached CD already in the drive from the office that the PC came from. That calls into question just how refurbished the device is; they didn't even open the CD drive during the process. The machine was nice and clean, there weren't any dents or dings in the case, there are plenty of ports front and back for USB and other devices. Unlike most office pull PCs, this one has an HDMI output (they typically only have display ports that don't work with standard monitors). On the inside, there is 1 PCIe x1 port and 1 PCIe x16 port, so your upgrade options are pretty limited. On the inside, there also is not a spare power cable. There is a SATA port hidden up under the hard drive case, but no power. Instead, I put a second hard drive in an external enclosure with a USB connector -which overall makes it easier to swap machine to machine, so no big deal, but unexpected. As far as software, everything worked out of the box and I haven't encountered any issues. If you know what you're getting into with an office pull -windows 11 pro on a working machine for just a bit more than the cost of the software, with limitations in upgradability and video options- this will work fine for you. If you're looking to do any gaming or video editing, you'll probably need to upgrade this beyond the limitation of the form factor. ... show more

I am satisfied with what I received for the price, especially based on the fact that it was refurbished. Since it is a regular computer, it does not come with a camera which I think I am going to get so I can make Webex's with it. I wish it had had a few more usb ports but I used a mulit-port usb connector. Overall, I have not had any issues with it. ... show more
