Replaced an 8 year old dual core early i5. This machine flies on Windows 10. No bloatware on it either. Cosmetics are good, I can tell it was an off lease office machine but for the price, it's an excellent value versus some low quality consumer junk box at Best Buy. These corporate machines were designed with 5-8 year life spans and are easily to upgrade things like RAM, adding a video card, etc. It is my primary work at home machine and has been on continuously since it came out of the box in July and it is mid December, not one issue, blue screen or problem. Handles everything I can throw at it like Office 365, web browsing, YouTube even at 4K, etc. I am not a gamer so I have no idea how well it would handle a modern game, but I imagine you would want to put a better video card for that purpose than rely on on board video. These machines have plenty of life and are built to last. It keeps them out of the landfill and you get a much better box than some black Friday wonderbox at Best Buy filled with bloatware and bottom end hardware that will barely hold up past it's 1 year warranty. ... show more

Quick delivery, nicely and safely packaged. I liked the included Wi-Fi adapter. It advertise that it came with windows 11 but instead it showed Windows 10. It would not do an upgrade from Windows 10. So I had to go into the bios and reset the secure and TPM settings And then I booted to a Windows 11 USB stick and everything ran fine. ... show more

We bought 10 for replacements within our office. The seller had a minor issue with meeting our needs and reached out to confirm that an upgrade at no extra charge would be acceptable. Best packaging I've gotten on a bulk buy of computers. Each computer was wrapped with care and consideration for shipment. After formatting and updating the computers to me given to our agents, I didn't find a single problem. Both aesthetically pleasing, clean cases and great hardware inside. I ordered this to replace my old computer which is around 12 years old now. This machine arrived and when I fired it up, the CPU fan made a horrible noise. Contacted seller and they gave me a few options to try to fix the CPU fan. Opened it up and found the heat sink hadn't been tightened down completely, but once that was done, the unit is quiet and very fast for the price. As for the unit itself, it arrived as described, was very clean inside. It looks new. It is fast to start up, runs fast once it is booted up too. Once I was set up, I decided to get a storage SSD for all my files and Aaron at SJ Computers helped me to get it ordered. All communication with the seller was quick and spot on.
