I was a little skeptical about this PC due to its physical size and price however I am very happy with my purchase. I needed a Windows 11 PC for my WFH/Remote call center job that would have the required processor speed, RAM, and hard drive space. It’s very compact, functions as well as a normal sized PC, high speed processor, sturdiness, very quiet running (practically no noise) and boots up quickly. I work in IT and order about 8-10 of these mini desktops a month, usually from a different seller. I've not had any problems with them until now. I did not like the image that was installed, so I tried to fresh install windows 11. Getting to that point was annoyingly difficult, as these devices are set up to ignore bootable media by default. The BIOS is old, clunky, and loud, making obnoxious beeps and boops. Took a while to find that setting (probably buried on purpose). Seeing as how it was running on windows 11, I figured there wouldn't be any issues, but I was wrong. I get an error that the device isn't capable of running the OS it's currently on... that doesn't make sense. I tried installing Windows 10 instead, it would say disk needs to be MBR not GPT, so I'd convert, and it would say it needed to be the other format. The only way I was able to get a fresh version of Windows on this thing was by replacing the SSD entirely. 0/10, would not recommend unless you have a spare SSD lying around. These refurbs seem to be specifically designed so that you HAVE to rely on their ineffectual tech support staff. No thanks. Will avoid this seller like the plague from hereon. ... show more

Good product so far, had to buy for work. It says it is HDMI but they are all display ports and your hdmi cables will not work without an adapter. Mine did come with one, but I need 2 monitors so I had to buy another. Also only came with a 65W power cable and when you power it on it says it needs at least 90W so now it runs slower. Had to order a different power cable too. Reached out to both the seller and Amazon and they both said there’s nothing they can do besides replace the whole pc. I was able to get some credit through Amazon to purchase said products since it did not come as described. ... show more

For the cost, these units aren't bad. However, a few things. Buy your own SSD to put in, the ones they come with are generic and work when they want to. The things that piss me off the most are the generic USB Wireless card they come with. When I originally started purchasing these units, they came with the original wireless cards installed internally, these USB ones run as fast as dial up. Second is the AC adapter, how difficult is it to include a genuine DELL adapter with the correct tip on it? They are either generic and the bios doesn't like them or they come with a tip adapter that falls off occasionally while you are using it. Someone needs to start inspecting these things when they leave the warehouse or these sub par parts should be included in the description. I would have paid a little extra for the correct $20 AC adapter. ... show more

Computer came with that piece in the photos ratting around inside, try to power on the unit and obviously it doesn’t work. At least the drive is correct inside mine. Doesn’t matter though as it is literally just a paper weight now. Edit: Got a replacement unit has been working great for months now.
