I originally ordered a similar PC from another company that arrived with issues, so that pc got sent back to the original vendor, and I selected a similar PC which had the added benefit of a DVD-RW drive, a feature I was originally hoping for but which didn't come with the other PC I received. Happy to report that the Dell OptiPlex 3080 Full Size Tower I procured from TekRefurbs was exactly what I was looking & hoping for, and is exceeding my expectations with it's condition and functionality. Gotta be honest & say I'm not so much a fan of Win-11, but since many online banking and financial sites no longer are supporting win-7 or the older chrome/firefox browsers, that was the catalyst which motivated me to looking into upgrading my pc, & lead me to this Dell OptiPlex 3080 from TekRefurbs. I rate my pleasure in this new/refurb system a 5-Star experience both with the hardware, and with interacting with their product support staff, especially Justin T. This computer is so much faster than my old one. It's a refurb, but it all set up, ready to go. almost all of the upgrades were installed. All for half the price of brand new. I don't have anything negative to say.
