I received a horrible PC. I realize the price is low and you should expect the computer to look used, but this is beyond acceptable. Two of the USB ports weren't functional in the front of the PC and were covered by black electrical tape. There was adhesive residue left on the exterior casing that could have easily been removed with a simple solvent, but was just left there due to laziness. I opened the PC after noticing the things on the outside to find the hard drive wasn't mounted to the interior housing, it was instead taped down with masking tape. It wouldn't have been difficult to make this PC passable, they just didn't really try. ... show more

Purchased from Circuit-Tech through Amazon for $89 since I didn't want to spend $400 for a new Windows11. Mine, Refurbished - Excellent Model Year 2016, came without SD card slot although it is clearly displayed on front of unit on item page. Complained and received $17.80, 20percent, refund. That makes it a great value for me since total price is $71.20 and no disc drive to worry about. Memory is more than sufficient for me plus for $4.49 I added ORICO 5-Ports USB Hub with SD/TF Card Reader with a 128GB SD card for backup storage.
