    • Do not buy. My desktop OS was hacked when delivered.
I use Ethernet cable only. WiFi is disabled. First day: After initial setup, I started using it without problem. I did not access the web. Second day midday: I have this message when I logon: ‘Sign-in options disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdown. Use different sign-in options or keep your device power on at least 2 hours and try again. Sign-in options: (pin, or MS account password.)’ I reentered the pin several times, and still had the same message. I never entered my MS account password. I left the desktop on all night. Third day: I had the same message, and still could not sign-in. Fourth day: I restored from the system image. With the one right after I set up the desktop, and before started using it. I still had the same message. At the end: I removed the SSD and attached to another desktop as external drive. All my personal info were there intact. Conclusion: The hack was in OS before I receive the desktop. I cannot return the desktop because the SSD has my personal info. ... show more

    • Did not come with wi-fi adaptor as advertised.
Explicitly stated it comes with a wi-fi adapter. It didn't. The setup forced me to create an account with Microsoft, maybe not uncommon, but distasteful. Runs okay so far. An error keeps popping up "A Conexant audio device could not be found." that is annoying. It does have audio though.
