Its only been a few days so I'm still trying to adjust. My last laptop was an hp and still had windows 10. So far my dislike that I didn't notice when purchasing this laptop was the keys do not light up. Absolute junk. Screen hinges broke for a second time in December 2024. 240.00 repair, again. This is a personal laptop, not business and used as such. Done with Dell. (1st review after 4 months of ownership from here on). I've owned this laptop for 118 days. At day 92, I had a processor problem that required a system reset. That same problem is beginning to reappear now. Yesterday, the left screen hinge broke after opening and closing it probably 100 times or less. Dell requires that you box up the laptop ( with all your personal/Financial/Banking/Password information- unless you do a factory reset to erase everything) and send it off to them where they will repair it and send it back. I am not a fan of giving someone the ability to copy my hard drive (which they will do) and possibly have God only knows who, obtain a copy of all my data. They will not offer an ETA on the repaired laptop even if I were to agree to that. I've bought Dell's for 30 years for my entire family. This is an absolute pile of garbage. You get what you pay for. Shame on me, I almost bought a MacBook because of reviews I read- but I saved on price. Now I am paying the "Cost". ... show more
