Having some clear problems with this computer, for now I'm going to keep it for a week or so to see if they clear up. They don't, I'm going to have to return it. So buyer beware. The first major problem was right at setup. It took me four or five times to go from taking it out of the box to getting to a functional screen. During the initial setup it froze several times, I had to hard restart it, and then I was confronted with a bunch of error messages. I did the restart a few times , and eventually it seemed to work out its bugs. However, once operating, I started to get blue screens regularly. Fortunately the modern Windows blue screen isn't quite the death sentence it was with older computers, and it reboots itself and tries to fix the problem. But even after a week, I'm still getting blue screens every five or six hours of usage. Which means I'm having to get in the habit of hitting save on everything I'm working at very regularly in anticipation of a coming blue screen. The next big problem is a lack of uSBC charging. There is a USB C port, but oddly enough it does not work for charging. Plugging in a charger gives you an error message, and actually cause me to have to reboot the computer. Strange to not even allow trickle charging with an included USB C port. I didn't know there were modern laptops without that option. It makes it a bit inconvenient if I want to top off my charge while driving in the car or I'm just in a place where there's a USBC cord handy. It means I need to carry the proprietary charger with me everywhere I'm going to use it. The final issues, it really doesn't seem up to the advertised specs. The battery life seems strangely low, and despite 64 GB of RAM, it definitely moves slower than my old 32 GB system. That might be a case of actual card differences, I haven't had time to look into that. But I think I would have been better off with my old 32 GB, usb-c charging, longer battery life computer. Unfortunately, like Humpty Dumpty , it took a big fall. This computer does not seem an adequate replacement. I'll give it another week to see if I can manage with it , and maybe figure out a charging workaround, but otherwise I'll probably have to return it. ... show more

I purchased a laptop from this seller on August 7 for $981, but it was faulty and had to be returned. I bought the same model again on August 9, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, the replacement repeatedly displayed blue screen errors. Despite giving it a fair chance, the laptop was unusable and needed to be returned. The return process became a nightmare. Although the request was made just a week outside the 30-day return window, Amazon eventually provided a return label after multiple chats and phone calls. However, the seller refunded only $174 and charged an outrageous 90% restocking fee of $807. I have since engaged in extensive communication with Amazon, including speaking with two supervisors, to dispute this fee and request a full refund. As of now, the issue remains unresolved. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Their track record of negative reviews is accurate—they sell defective products and enforce predatory return policies.
