  • Fast, Works Great, No Flaws!
I don't really use anything other than my cell phone to do everything that I need to do, but figured it was time to purchase a laptop for my business. My main concern was the size & speed. I received my laptop & it was beautiful! Perfect size for me & I love the keyboard! Best part......the speed! No more having to wait forever for stuff to load, which was the main reason for using my phone to do everything. It was quick & easy to set up & well worth the price! Highly Recommended Seller!!! ... show more

  • Fantastic Refurb
I was extremely impressed at receiving this Latitude E7450. The condition is impeccable. The packaging showed it was renewed by a certified Microsoft refurbisher as well as the Dell service tag sticker has been replaced with a sticker from the refurbisher containing contact info. I've owned my own IT firm for 20 years and have sold hundreds of Latitudes direct from Dell and am very familiar with the product line. This is an amazing price for the product which is a business class ultrabook with 5th gen Intel i5 cpu, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, great trackpad, and backlit keyboard. Windows 10 was loaded properly along with all Dell device drivers. Everything works as expected. I have absolutely nothing to nit pick here. A+ Submitting an edit and lowering to 4 stars. The unit was continuously shutting down while running Windows 10. The event log in the BIOS showed ACPI Shutdown meaning the laptop was gracefully shutting down and not just shutting off. Through process of elimination, I discovered the problem was a defective battery. This renewed ultrabook shipped with a knockoff battery good for about an hour of run-time. I replaced the defective battery with a Dell OEM battery, Dell part number 451-BBOG. This resolved the shutdown problem and the laptop now runs for about 4 hours on a full charge. An authentic Dell battery costs about $100 and well worth the price. I did not contact Amazon or the seller about this problem. I decided I'd rather have piece of mind with a new battery I sourced myself. Overall, still happy with the product and price. ... show more

  • I would buy it again.
So the laptop showed up on time. It was very well packed and secured during shipping and that pleased me so it could not be jostled around. Upon opening I haven't wiped anything off and I took pictures so it's as is how I received it. The charger is in excellent condition it's been plugged in for about 30 minutes now and it says it's at 69%. The case has kind of a black matte finish. It's very light weighing just over 3 lbs I think. The back lighting on the keyboard is awesome. My understanding is it has two settings for brightness although I've not confirmed that yet. The mouse pad is really good. Usually I use my mouse it's wireless with the USB connector. But for the first time ever I may not do that. Previously all the laptops I've owned over the years I have just shut the pad off on the laptop itself and again like I said use my wireless USB mouse. The mouse pads always felt really sloppy to me but this does not. This is a good size pad yet was plenty of room left on either side and it has five keys on it so I will see what that's all about. It didn't take long to set up at all no hiccups no issues it just thank me for my patience and went through the whole spiel and then was ready to go. I'm going to see if I need to update drivers and if I need to update BIOS on it. So I'll come back in like a week and then I'll come back in like a month and just add to it and share how it's doing. Cuz that's the real test longevity. I will be on the lookout for the bottom of the laptop to get hot. Also I'll be checking to make sure the charger doesn't heat up. It's interesting along with the pictures there's one that I sent and I just cropped it real thin and if you look at it it says exactly what I got renewed and then underneath that over to the left it says "NEW" so I'm not quite sure what that is about interesting I have heard they on these business computers with Dell and others they send them out and it's possible that they're not even taken out of the box or they're taking out the box but they never used anyway interesting. So just recapping it came on time, really packed nicely, battery charger excellent condition, the laptop looks to be an excellent condition, the mouse pad is easy to use, the back lighting on the keys is great, it's lightweight and it didn't take very long to set up. At this point I am very happy the real test is going to be how long the battery will last. One of the reasons I picked this company was because if you scroll through and it gives you the particulars or specs at the bottom of those particulars it says battery life "8 hours". I thought that was pretty bold to actually put a number in and commit to it. I'm anxious to see how long it lasts. I hope the review helps. ... show more
