    • Defective, will not make it right.
The laptop would not charge right out of the box. It works fine while plugged up. Battery says it is charged to 100% but dies completely in about 5 minutes. Seller said they were going to send me a new battery over a week ago. They still have not shipped it. Takes them over 24 hours to respond to messages and each time they have another excuse. They created a label to try and make me believe it had shipped but tracking number reports it has not for a week now. Then they claimed they were on vacation. Then they were checking on warehouse delays and make sure they it gets shipped. Then they said it was after business hours but would take care of it when office opens. Then it is the Chinese New Year. Now they are saying they will refund me $18 for the price of the charger. The charger isn't the problem. Starting believe this company is just a scam. ... show more

Both computers arrive with a two week delay...and no real explanation of why. Then the battery for one of the computers did not work. (Tried different outlets, switched the chords between the two batteries...) ended up speading another 30$ for a new charger/battery. Once we did that the computers both worked great and they are up and running and both of our teenagers are happy with their improved computers. ... show more

Although the shipping tracker was a little "iffy", I am quite pleased with this purchase.. this laptop looks practically brand new.. it was as advertised.. I had no issues with getting it up and running, adding programs, or connecting my printer.. Thanks so much!

    • Great affordable laptop
I almost never write reviews, but thus laptop is an amazing buy. Even after downloading all the windows updates the laptop is lightning fast. TouchPad is a little insensitive but I use a wireless mouse anyway.
