Don't buy! NO SUPPORT! The product is/was great. I haven't used it that much as I am normally using another but I bought this one to have as a secondary. After 4-5 months the laptop will not perform Windows updates. Continue to get an error and cannot get out of the error cycle. Considering I have for the past 20 years worked in IT and software this is more than frustrating. You cannot get MS support and the only thing you can use the laptop for is web browsing. Cannot find help anywhere with this site. UPDATE: still unable to get assistance with the laptap. Again I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ! ... show more

Bought this little LT to stream {HDMI} TV to my big screen. It has ethernet so I get full 380 mbs per second. I get about 190 mbs per second on wifi and I consider that as excellent. Would buy again. Really like the fact that it has 3 usb ports...

This computer would not boot and went directly to BIOS after pushing the power on button requiring some Dell password that was not available from Amazon or Dell. I basically bought a brick and had to return it for a refund. Very sad...
