Completely underpowered. Simply clicking to open the file manager results in long delays. All four cores overheat to 212 F with no load. The fan sounds like it is about to die and makes a horrible surging sound. I had already invested alot of time setting this up before all these problems became apparent. The first laptop I received had screen issues, but the seller promptly sent a replacement after I requested they ensure it was problem-free. Unfortunately, the replacement also has issues, specifically with audio during my meetings. I strongly recommend that anyone buying a laptop from this seller request a refund immediately if you encounter any problems, rather than opting for a replacement. I bought this Latitude 7490 from CA Tech depot. It was shipped quickly but as soon as I boot up the laptop i get an error message saying my SATA SSD was at risk. Customer service never responded to my messages so I had to call several times just to end up returning it.
