I spend a couple of days downloading and installing the updates for Windows 10 Pro that was on the laptop when it arrived. Once completed, I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 without a hitch. When I turn it on, it is fast and reliable. Getting to the web is also a breeze. This laptop is as good and reliable as the business laptops I was using as a computer software developer. Looks new, performs like new. I have had this laptop for a week now and am very happy with it's quality and performance. Purchased to run Davinci 18 and it runs it flawlessly. This one did not come with the touchscreen, which is fine as I am not a fan of touchscreens on laptops.

Exactly what I expected. Basically it's a brand new reset computer. Easy set up. I'm happy it's not a touch screen. There's a Dell customer service number sticker on the top of the laptop, but I haven't had to call it. One worry is the power cord doesn't really snap into the jack on the side of the laptop in any way, and this seems a risk to become loose with use and time. A power jack that won't take a charge is the death of a laptop - and anyone who has owned 2 or 3 has likely had this happen. ... show more

I wouldn’t recommend buying this laptop. It arrived with a faulty charger, and now, less than a year later, the battery has already died. Very disappointing and unreliable.

This laptop is awesome. The description didn’t say it was touchscreen but it is. It’s Windows 11 compatible. I’ve already upgraded. The CAC card reader works perfect. The 16GB ram works fine. This PC can be upgraded to 64GB ram. For the cost I would purchase it again.
