The computer won’t read my external hard drive which is working perfectly fine on my other laptop. The whole reason I got this computer was to transfer everything off of my external hard drive to save and share my music, photos, and videos.

Lots of cosmetic issues. Yeah it's refurbished but I did expect it to look new. Functionality seems great though. Im not impressed with Win 11. While booting up for the first time, it got stuck in a well known loop and I was already having to find a solution. Microsoft should fix this.
