Presenté el reclamo a Amazon e inmediatamente me hicerion la devolucion del dinero. LA compañia que proveyó la laptop me contacto y me pidio que antes de escribir esta reseña hablara con ellos, pero no lo hice. Realmente me molesta mucho que empresas vendan productos en mal estado, que le mientan a los clientes. Si bien es cierto recupere mi dinero, pero perdi tiempo en andar buscando otra laptop. The Laptop I received came with many problems and defects: 1. The case had scratches and bumps 2. The Lid came with a sticker to cover many imperfections 3. When turning on the laptop it generated a very loud sound, it seemed like the laptop was going to be disassembled 4. Several keys did not work. I filed the claim with Amazon and they immediately refunded my money. THE company that provided the laptop contacted me and asked me to talk to them before writing this review, but I didn't.     • Great 2 in1, but the sent it with Windows 11...
I ordered this refurbished 2 in1. It has worked great. Does everything i want it to. Only problem is I chose this computer with Windows 10 specifically because i do not want Win11. Well, they sent it with Win11 saying they did a free upgrade... Thanks guys. You shouldn't have... Really... I had to buy a win10 license and install win10 first thing. Not what i wanted to do, but oh well. Minus 1 star. Otherwise, the computer does everything i need it to do. ... show more

    • Great except battery.
This is my second 7400 2n1. The first I sent back. It did not quite meet the "excellent" rating cosmetically. But I sent it back because the screen had a small crack and the battery was failing rapidly. The bottom cover was protruding due to battery swelling. The current machine is very nearly perfect cosmetically. The only problem is the battery. It is supposed to be 80% or better. According to the battery report, full charge capacity is 30,514 mWh - or less than 59% (1st charge cycle). It also falls off to 5% within a minute from 33%. I don't know what to do, I really like this machine. A new Dell battery is $144. Maybe it is worth it considering I may never get a very good battery on a 4 year old laptop. ... show more
