I'm sad that I had to return this laptop because it was a beauty. My husband needed a new one because the one he had wouldn't support DisplayPort for two external monitors for his day trading. The LAPRO laptop had everything he needed: speed, correct ports, fast processor, SSD, plenty of RAM... The only reason I had to return it was because my husband is 6'4" with large hands, and the keys of this amazing 15.6" laptop were just too small. He's also 61 yo, and wears pretty strong reading glasses, and his day trading software creates TINY screens of data. The eye strain was just too much. He did use it for about a week while I found him a larger laptop like his old one, and while he used it he raved about the speed, and all the other features, and even loved the keyboard. He said, "I wish the size worked for me because this thing is freaking awesome!" He was able to hook up both of his external monitors and really loved the interface. I wished I could have kept it for a traveling laptop, but we could only afford one right now. That being said, I have to say that the seller is AMAZING. Super responsive, professional, and kind when I messaged them about my concerns, and about returning the laptop. They are a small business but put forth the extra effort to give great service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again when I actually CAN afford that traveling laptop. If it's still available, I'll likely buy this exact version again. ... show more

    • Arrived in very poor condition. Amazon doesn’t stand behind renewed guarantee
The laptop arrived with a very loose top because the hinges should’ve been replaced. A speaker was blown. There was a poorly placed sticker trying to cover up damage to the case. It also was not as described. There was to be a camera and there wasn’t any. Furthermore, the renewed guarantee says that you can exchange or have your money refunded immediately within 90 days. There was no option for a replacement and customer service informed me it would be up to 30 days to receive a refund. ... show more

The computer is missing the power cord that should be connected to the brick, and it is having issues turning on. We have noticed that when it is powered up, there are strange noises and the screen displays lines like the ones seen on out of service cable channels.
