The laptop came in chinese, but they went above and beyond to make it right, their customer support is very knowledgeable and responsive, the issue was fixed after a few sessions, everything is working perfectly now.

Update: 1 year later - reloaded Windows about times, laptop would not stop locking up.. Of course, no warranty on this. locked up it's final time yesterday May 2026 - less than one year after buying it. ripped this thing up to shreds and threw it in the trash. Will never buy another dell again. Waste of Money.. But another brand. Original Review: This laptop started locking up from the start, within a week of getting it, but I thought it was a simple driver issue. Did a restore from the Dell Recovery Partition and Guess what? The Fricken restore is IN CHINESE.. Seriously?? Dell, what are you doing here? This was purchased on Amazon, through Dell's store in the United States and the recovery language is Chinese. and the license ONLY allows 1 language ONLY, and I fiddled around with this for 1 hour, using a camera translator on my phone, trying to restore back to English and no matter what I did, could not get it to work.. SO then I wiped it and reinstalled Windows 2x from Scratch. It still keeps locking up every few days. I suspect a hardware issue, but the bios and dell scans all show everything is okay and the event log only points to driver issues. Never had this many problems with a laptop out of the box.. This is DOA and a POS. Will never buy a dell laptop again. Literally reinstalled Windows from scratch 5x+ before I finally gave up and ripped it up, destroyed it and threw it in the trash.. $1000 in the trash. Would Not EVER recommend. ... show more

* Display is way too bright, tragically lacks contrast and saturation, and colors are off : not fit even for basic video or photo editing ; even text-oriented work is a pain . Anti-glare is a joke. * Backlighting of the keyboard is an unhealthy blueish white . Ridiculous. * Audio makes the case vibrate, with audible internal resonance and saturation. Audio output has a grounding/humming issue * Wi-Fi issues At a price point of over 1k , seriously ??? If it was only for the display, this thing does not even remotely compare to the 10+ year laptop it was supposed to replace . Plus the rest... Dell got me. Once. ... show more
