Nice machine for the price. Nice screen. Feels solid. Runs well. Unfortunately, I am not thrilled with Windows 11. It runs nothing like Windows 10 or previous versions of Windows and tends to be difficult to navigate. It strikes me as an IOS wannabe and can be alien to a long time Windows user.

Profoundly disappointing. It was a good deal. The laptop arrived in great physical condition. Windows was installed incorrectly and the laptop was an absolute lemon. It had a disabled administrator account and no way to log into it. Clearly there's not enough quality control.
