Came well packaged and in great condition. The only thing giving away that this wasn't brand new was that it had some dust on it. Once cleaned up, it is basically pristine. The battery life isn't amazing like in newer devices, but I have no complaints. It lasts long enough for an hour or two of serious continuous use. I haven't noticed any slowness. It is responsive like you would hope for. It doesn't get too hot. I can easily keep it on my lap for extended periods. It's lightweight. Easy to carry around. Screen opens up very far, almost totally flat. Keyboard feels sturdy, not too loud but definitely audible. Feels almost like a soft mechanical keyboard with some tactile feedback. Received it, battery dead. Computer would not boot up. Kept giving fault. Almost sent back, but really needed it. Finely forced through a fresh start with total wash. Took over an hour to reinstall windows from onboard. After setting it up for myself, found it to operate perfectly with no problems. It's quite fast, boots up very fast on opening from cold. It even looks new. Found that the battery dies in 2-3 days just sitting off with mayby two hours use, rest of the time shut off. I'll revise to five stars if they make good a usable battery. Fantastic 100 stars!!!! It’s been a while since I’ve bought a new computer. My hard drive crashed about three years ago and after 40 years in tech executive/sales but I’ve been around the long enough to know good from bad excellent from horrible and this is a great, great laptop I’m very pleased. As I’ve been away from computers for a bit for the new buyer, this comes loaded with Windows 11 and Windows 11 apparently demands that you have a Hotmail account. I struggled and struggled and struggled for hours gave up more hours gave up reached out to the vendor, they got back to me, but by then I had figured it out as I used to say back in the day with technology if a hammer can’t fix it, it can’t be fixed figuratively speaking of course nonetheless I’m very happy with it. MORE ON THIS VENDOR, PARTICULARLY ; excellent response time I bought this refurbished refurbished?? It’s like brand new outside of one little quarter wrench little ding in the top. Everything else is like new you can definitely trust this under without a doubt on a 1 to 10 scale, they are at minimum an 11.!!!!! ... show more

Calling theese laptops renewed is a joke they dont even open them up, i only kept it because im tech savy and i fixed the issues myself, as for the battery its ok they had that kindof right however when i got the laptop the mousepad doesnt work and 7 of the keys on the keyboard were totally unresponsive, like seriously how do you sell a laptop call it "good" and its un useable cause the trackpad doesnt work whatsoever, im glad i got the touchscreen version cause i was actually able to set it up that way but based on my experience I wouldn't trust any other products from this seller even with the low price just buy a functional new laptop for like $50 more this isnt worth the trouble unless you like fixing things ... show more
