The case is cracked on top, the laptop would not boot. I had to create a bootable windows USB to get it to boot to windows. The battery was at 0% so it had to charge before the power button would work. The "T" key does not work, you have to push it a bunch of times to get it to recognize, something rattles inside the PC case. Definitely not in EXCELLENT condition as advertised. Battery does not even last 1 hour on a full charge. Be wary... ... show more

    • Laptop died just a few days after its purchase anniv.
I just used this laptop for a year or so. It stopped turning on. I ended up buying another Lenovo laptop. Will not buy any Dell product in future.
