It's a poor-quality product. I bought it once and the touchscreen didn't work. I wanted to give them a second chance because I really wanted a computer like this, but the same day it arrived, the screen went black and wouldn't turn on again. Fortunately, I got a refund. I don't recommend it.

The product came without scratches and worked as advertised. It is a good value for the money and because of its size very light to carry around. The touch screen is a plus as is the ability to convert it to a screen only. The backlit keyboard was a nice touch. The screen size was adequate for email reading and the like. The battery lasts about 4 hours of constant use. The one issue I had was when trying to update the software for audio it crashed the audio sound and I was left with silence. This purchase was a complete disappointment. The Dell Latitude 5300 I received did NOT match the product description.. The battery is clearly defective and does not function properly, severely limiting the laptop’s usability. On top of that, the keyboard does NOT have a backlight despite the listing explicitly stating that it does 🙄 I made my purchasing decision SOLEY based on the seller’s description, and what I received did not meet those ADVERTISING conditions and to make matters worse, I have since left the country, making any replacement or exchange impractical… I DO NOT RECOMMEND… VERY MISLEADING… ... show more

It's a gold laptop but that have several problems with the CPU temps. In my case, watching a video a nd using discord my laptop reached the 100°C.I really dont recomend if you don't know how to solve that's problem
