the laptop packed nicely and it came in nice box. Good second laptop with nice config but battery issue needs to be adjusted. Not sure if this model itself will be like this or because its refurbished has this issue. nevertheless good laptop to try with touch.

    • Good refurbished, touch screen, convertible laptop. Handles Win10 and Linux so far.
Not a top performer by specs, but this is exactly what I wanted to use as a touch screen, convertible laptop for simple graphic work (paint.net), office software, web browsers that can play YouTube videos, video conferencing, and run Linux (Debian/Parrot) when needed. The screen folds around the base of the laptop with a 2-stage hinge. Going past a certain point disables the built-in keyboard and touchpad to prevent accidental inputs when using the laptop as a tablet or putting the keyboard on things while it is upside-down. I ordered one to try for multiple use cases. The first one became the office computer for a volunteer-run museum. I ordered a second for myself. They were both refurbished, and the only difference I could find is that the second one had a lid decoration that looks like a carbon-fiber pattern. The touch-screen is capacitive for fingers. There may support for a Wacom/Cintiq digitizer pen, but I did not have one around to test. Each of these laptops now uses a USB-C docking station/multi-port adapter (like B0B1PT5FVM and B09YV2DTPL) for wired Ethernet and some other features. ... show more

My battery stopped carrying a charge 6 months after purchase. I have noticed several others also saying the same thing. The seller is refusing to fix or replace. They know what they are doing. For those of you here who bought, I suggest reporting the seller to Amazon so they cannot continue selling through them. I will be doing the same. ... show more

    • Everything is great, except for the battery life.
The laptop itself is a nice little work machine, it looks nice, and it feels even better, it is lightning fast and the touchscreen is a beauty. The batter is absolutely horrible, it lasts about an hour, I find this to be extremely disappointing.

Very happy with this purchase. Shipping was quick and was exactly as described. I choose the excellent option and there's just a few cosmetic blemishes from daily use, so nothing to fret about. Battery seems fairly decent, probably around 60% of it's original life and to be expected since it was used. All specs were as advertised, came with Windows 11, and was properly packaged. I had a similar version for work prior to an upgrade and knew this model has plenty of life left. All in all I'm satisfied and would recommend to others looking for an upgrade or just a laptop to do daily tasks such as office, media watching, or browsing the web.     • Great Bang for the Buck!
The good: Did a lot if searching and this seemed to be the best option for the price. Bought fir mynikdest who is going off to college soon and didn't want to spend 2k so went this route instead. With an i7, 16 gigs or RAM, and a 522Gb M.2 hard drive, it's gotbokenty of juice for her computing and digital art needs. Had to drop another $80 on a Dell stylus but well worth it. The Bad: Although it does come with 16Gb of SK Hynix DDR4 RAM, it's in the firm of a single DIMM instead of 2 which limits the speed and performance a bit as single Chanel memory. The battery seems to go pretty fast. I'm guessing it's the original battery and for the price it's fine. A new Delk replacement is less than $75 so that's ojay too when the time is needed. The 1st one we received had 4 golf ball sized anomalies on the screen in the firm of dark patches. Returned to get a perfect one back so no issues there. I'd just keep an eye out for this. s Since it is a 2 in 1, the screen was pretty important to my daughter since she'll be using it for her digital art among other screen intensive workloads. So keep your eyes peeked incase you get the same. To Sum it Up: It's a great buy for the price and both the memory and M.2 hard drive can be upgraded easily by unscrewing the 10 permanently attached screws on the back cover. 2 DDR4 Memory DIMM slots and 1 M.2 slot available for upgrades. ... show more
