Very happy with this device so far. Almost everything is working as expected including the fingerprint reader. Battery life has been good and I'm happy with Ram and Processing power, although just a home PC and not trying to run much on it. Only "issue" I've encountered is with the Thunderbolt. Initially I couldn't get anything working but, after doing Dell and Windows updates, the Thunderbolt is working 95%. I don't know where my issue is so not, going to knock the 5 stars but, between the Dell and an HP docking station, I can't get a wireless Keyboard / mouse USB dongle to work with tablet plugged in. I haven't tried to use a wired keyboard and mouse. More important to me, was that I was able to have tablet screen plus 2 additional monitors all running at same time. Two external monitors are both at 2560x1440 and tablet is at default resolution. If I ever try wired keyboard / mouse I'll update but, given I just received, I'm happy just moving the dongle from Dock to Laptop. ... show more

The description says the tablet is in an excellent condition. The battery is bad. The battery does not hold the charge and goes from 40% to 7% in seconds. The battery needs replacement. What is the point to buy a tablet to have it plugged all the time. I bought it to be mobile not to be plugged all the time to try to charge the battery. The seller did not respond to one of my request before I decided to return the tablet. May be by ignoring my request the seller thinks the problem will go away by miracle! The battery condition should be disclosed and it is up to the buyer to decide. Amazon website says: “Minimum 80% battery life”. I do not think so! Not even close. ... show more

While there are newer versions of this device available this one is no slouch. The 8th gen i7 still holds up fairly well, and having 16GB ram makes multitasking much easier. One thing to keep in mind is this version runs slower low power DDR3 where newer models run faster DDR4. Mine arrived in better condition than I was expecting. If you're looking for a Windows tablet and don't necessarily need to newest model this one still holds its own for the time being. ... show more
