So far the laptop is working very well. I hope that continues because there is no warranty with it. When we purchased this Dell Laptop we thought is was an overstocked new laptop, that was a leftover model from a previous year. After receiving it and finding it in an "after market" plain box, we questioned the seller and were told it was a "brand new, upgraded" laptop. No warranty. We were given the option to purchase a warranty, but the online vendor had very poor reviews. We were given the option of returning the laptop, BUT there is a 20% to 50% restocking fee which we find exorbitant. We contacted Amazon and were advised to contact the seller for satisfaction. Seller would not to commit to 100% refund and Amazon was no help. So, we've had the laptop for about 3 weeks, so far so good.... And hoping for the best. ... show more
